I bought a product through your website. How do I get access to it?

 

We have no direct connection to the products we list on this site. We do not sell the products ourselves. This means we cannot provide you with access to a product after purchase. The access is provided by the payment processor Clickbank, who will send you an email with full access details after your purchase. If you haven’t received an email make sure you check your SPAM box.

 

What connection does NavigateWide.com have to the products you list?

 

We do not sell the products we list directly. In this sense we are not like, say, Amazon.com. Instead, we aggregate information about other peoples’ products and allow you to make the most informed purchasing decision. So we are more like a price comparison website than an online store.

 

I have just purchased a product through your site. When will you send me my bonus?

 

Please email your order number to us via the contact form here. You can find your order number in the email you received from Clickbank immediately after purchase. We will then check that you purchased through our link and email you intructions on how to download your bonus.

How do you work out the refund rate?

 

All the products we list on the site run through the same payment processor (Clickbank). Besides allowing us to guarantee a refund thanks to their generous return policy, it also allows us access to certain statistics. One of those statistics is called the EPS (Earned Per Sale), which is the amount we are expected to earn when we make a sale. By comparing this projected amount with the product price, we can work out how much is being lost to refunds. Now, this figure can be scewed when vendors sell multiple products through the same account, and if they change their product price. We therefore try to balance this with our own sales data. We also allow vendors to send in their verified sales data should they dispute the refund rate we calculate for them.
